Q) Will I receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
A) Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the email address you provide when you complete your online order. 

Q) Can I check the status of my order?
A) You can check the status of your order by contacting TENS’ office by:

Q) What does the “Pay With: Check” option mean?
A) You can complete your order using this option by indicating the number on the check you are sending at the time you are placing your order.

Q) What is TENS return and refund policy?
A) We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To return an unopened product, simply mark “Return to Sender” and give the book/product to your postal carrier. If you are not completely satisfied in any way with our products, we will refund you the purchase price (less shipping and processing). Please return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt to the return address on the packing slip.  Returned products must be in “good” condition to qualify for refund.  Please call 1-800-699-2669 (x-1) to alert us of a return.

Q) Can I order from TENS by telephone?
A) Yes, to order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-800-699-2669 (x-1), Monday through Friday 9 am and 5 pm Central Time Zone. Please have the descriptions of the items you wish to purchase, along with shipping and credit card information ready when you call. 

Q) What forms of payment are accepted?
A) We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

Q) Can I send items as gifts?
A) Yes, you may send any item as a gift, by entering the recipient's name and address in the ship to fields.

A) We offer standard and expedited shipping online. If you have any questions regarding shipping methods, please call 1-800-699-2669, Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm Central Time Zone. 

Q) Is my credit card information secure on your site?
A) Absolutely. TENS is a Verisign Secure Site. We use the very latest in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption technology to safeguard your private information. Check for the "lock" symbol on your browser window during critical steps in the checkout process to ensure that your information is safe. 

Q) How do I place an order for multiple recipients?
A) To order products to be sent to multiple recipients, please place each order individually (using the bill to section for your address information and the ship to for the recipient's information) or call 1-800-699-2669 (x-1), Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm Central Time Zone.
